Promised Land was brewed using Golden Promise malt, a heritage barley variety from Scotland. Known for giving the beer a full body and mouthfeel, but with a light malty flavour and colour. We also added malted oats to instil a smooth creaminess. The Citra, Motueka and Talus hops contribute intense citrus flavours and aromas.
