Here we have a collaboration with our neighbour - Bracket Brewing from our local area Alexandria, NSW. A DIPA with everything you would love from two breweries who are as passionate about making IPA. A true collaboration and combination of vetted learnings, late-night hazy note taking, and hear-say rumours that we have always wanted to try. We feel this double IPA blurs the lines of experimental and expertly crafted suds. An equal focus on yeast expression and hop character, a tightrope of flavour, bitterness and balance, with a cloudy, cushion-like body.
