Brewed in Sydney (Five Dock) with Akasha Brewing. Hops - Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe + Amarillo. Fleshy stone fruit, passion fruit in flavour. Very light bitterness. Under ripe Apricot + citrus peel on the nose. Slightly hazy in appearance. Food pairing - Light to mild cheese (fresh or aged cheeses). Savoury and salty snacks (charcuterie).
