Grimm Weisse is one of the most authentic double-decocted Bavarian-style hefeweissbiers you’ll find outside of Germany. The revamped label art is by Gretta Johnson. We introduced this beer in summer 2021 and it promptly won gold in the NY State brewing competition. Grimm Weisse has enticing notes of clove, lemon, and banana and is massively effervescent, soft, and pillowy.
