Extraordinary beer, which combines a delicious beer base with juicy, ripe fruit. Good fruit requires a good partner. On the base of Fly With Me, we use 9-18 months matured, spontaneously fermented beer. Before the fruit season, we prepare a cupola and let the beer coalesce for some time. Only then do we add the whole fruit on which it lies and ripens for several months. The smell is strong to narcotic. The taste shows a harmonious acid underlined by a delicious, full, fruity taste.

Cherries are a classic that must not be missed. Fragrant, juicy, delicious. Even sour cherries are obtained from Moravian growers, not imported.
