Put a bullet in the head of mediocrity, raise hell and revel in bitter craft awesomeness. This beer is the end of the line. The hopped-up, puckered mouthed extreme of craft brewing. Chiho SIIPA - Sake Double IPA IPA - Imperial / Double
Folding Paper IPA - New England / Hazy
Beer Description: Folding Paper is a brand new Oat Cream IPA that features a tantilising hop combination of Citra, Cashmere and Galaxy. Super tropical and full to the brim with all things passionfruit and lychee. We're getting vibes of pavlova with passionfruit coulis, fruit cup crush cordial and an undertone of fresh orange sorbet. Bright and poppy on both the aroma and flavour, with a lasting mouthfeel that will take you to a deserted island paradise with every sip.
Cherry Smiths Lamington Dessert Stout Stout - Other
Beer Description: This is a cherry Lamington Dessert Stout and has been brewed for the upcoming festive season. This beer builds on our award winning Smith’s Lamington Dessert Stout that we first brewed in 2019 and it went on to win the 2019 Australian Heritage Hotel Beer Festival ‘Best Dark Beer’. The brew incorporates lots and lots of cherry puree, toasted coconut, cacao nibs and vanilla extract, designed to finish a little sweeter.
Pickle Beer Sour - Other
Beer Description: A clean, refreshing sour beer inspired by the burger’s classic companion - the dill pickle. Naturally kettle soured and infused with cucumber, dill, and pickle spice. This quirky refreshing beer would be the perfect playmate for the classic cheese burger, fish burger or any other pickle loving burger offering.

Beer Description: We've taken the traditional German Bock - and transferred it into something dreams are made of. By adding Salted Pretzels & Chocolate we've created a malt forward, full bodied beer with a subtle chocolate sweetness that rounds it all out.
Well, Why Not? Pale Ale - New England / Hazy
Beer Description: This hazy pale ale was brewed with an experimental hop from the Bract Hop Breeding Program in New Zealand. In fact it's so new it doesn't even have a name yet and is currently known as NZH-102. With this gulper you can expect a pillowy mouthfeel and new world hop flavours including red and tropical fruits along with candied citrus, a touch of coconut and prickly pear. It's a beautiful thing.
Palms Pale - Pacific Ale Pale Ale - Australian

Buddy Lager - Pale
Beer Description: Buddy is a Czech Pale Lager. We've fermented a clean and lean malt bill with a Budvar yeast strain to produce a traditional Czech flavour profile. Beautifully malty, with a clean bitterness and rounded body.
